FAQ

I cannot connect to network even I completed self-activation before I head to Korea. What went wrong and what should I check?

It could be network issue or activation error due to wrong arrival date or passport photo uploading error.

For network issue, You have to do manual APN setting on your phone.
Android:
Menu Key -> Setting -> Wireless & Networks -> Mobile Networks -> Access Point Names -> New APN
APN details;
Access Point Name: KT
APN: alwayson.ktfwing.com
MMSC: http://mmse.ktfwing.com:9082
MCC: 450
MNC: 08

After saving the new APN, power off and then on for 2-3 times.
